« Formed in 2020, Brussels-based post-punk quartet Warm Exit’s violent frontal music has distinguished them as one of Belgium’s most energetic and noisy acts. Their relentless rhythmic elements owe as much to Krautrock as to Punk and Noise. finding influences from legendary 1970’s acts such as Wire, Rema Rema and Section 25, the band enters a darker, more post-punk severe territory on their brisk EP, vacillating between fast and slow melodies and high and low energy, with deep vocals that range from tense whispers to unhinged screams. They take the listener on a journey incorporating discordant riffs, groans, spoken words and industrial tones, forming a frenzied fan base both locally and afar after throwing wild shows in the last two years. Carrying the reputation of a striking live band, the band is eager to storm the stage at any and every given opportunity. »
